Problem is, life is full of a whole lot of other stuff that makes it hard to be thankful sometimes.  I&#8217;d like to get sentimental here and tell you about my wonderful family and friends and how I&#8217;m so thankful for all of them.  But I&#8217;m just not a very sentimental person.  I&#8217;ll leave the sentimentalism to country-western singers. Nevertheless, I&#8217;ve posted a stylized picture taken today which includes a family member, and a friend of the family.  Family and friends are definitely not an unmixed blessing (and I&#8217;m definitely not an unmixed blessing to my family and friends).  But then again, they&#8217;re better than enemies and strangers &#8212; most of the time, anyway.  So in the partial spirit of Thanksgiving, here&#8217;s my semi-tribute to family and friends.
