Mr. Solano was an immigrant from Ecuador who worked the all-night shift driving for a city limo company.  He was found by the police at this corner shot dead in the Lincoln Town Car he was driving that night.  Mr. Solano&#8217;s body was sent back to Ecuador for burial. The neighborhood set up this makeshift tribute of flowers and candles.
